ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The Society is governed by a managing committee whom oversee the overall scope of the Society, and operationally managed by a team of officers appointed by the Committee.

The Committee’s purpose includes but not limited to:
a. Establish the Society’s mission and purpose
b. Appoint officers
c. Define the scope of work of officers
d. Organizational planning for the Society’s activities
e. Monitoring and managing financial resources of the Society
f. Recruiting new Committee members
g. Spread the word about the organization.

The Society shall have managing officers, comprising of persons appointed by the Committee. The officers’ responsibilities include, but not limited to:
a. Making operational decisions
b. Making operational policies
c. Keeping the Committee educated and informed
d. Executing Committee decisions
