Naisi Chen



Naisi arrived in New Zealand when she was five. Coming from Beijing, China, she has experienced the best of both worlds. With her skills, she is passionate to be a bridge between the wider New Zealand population and the immigrant, youth and student communities. Naisi actively engages in New Zealand community and serves as board member on two very prominent organizations: Foundation North and Philharmonia Orchestra. Naisi is also the founder and director of consultancy firm Gian Consultants, where she focuses on HR consulting including management structure, performance review, contract, tribunals.
