DANCE FITNESS

Feel good look great! Dance fitness is a great low-impact cardio workout. Dance promotes flexibility, strength and muscle tone and really hones your fine motor skills.

Spend a day of fun and sweat with friends and family with our Family Athletics Day!

HIKING

Hike through lush native bush and ancient forests, climb volcanic slopes, walk past glaciers, lakes and along rugged coastlines.
